A GREAT FESTIVAL: ROCK IN RIO

I always wanted to go to Rock in Rio but I didn't have the chance to do it for many reasons. One of these, is that I'm a minor yet so It's hard to believe that my parents let me go. However, I'll write a little about this festival.

In 1985, Rock in Rio took place in Jacarepaguá, Rio de Janerio (Brazil), well known as city of rock. It started with an area of 250,000 sq. m. It had been artists as AC / DC, Iron Maiden, Ozzy Osbourne, Queen, Gilberto Gil, Paralamas do Sucesso and Barao Vermelho.

Rock in Rio is consider the largest festival in the world. Its history is the most important in the music scene, with 13 editions and almost 6 million people. This festival started in Rio de Janeiro but Brazil isn't the only country wich celebrate it , also Potugal and Spain celebrate with the intention of bringing all styles of music to the most varied audiences. Therefore, it's not just a musical event because it encourages the enviromental responsability. Today, Linkin Park and Queens of the Stone Age were on stage in Rock in Rio Lisboa VI. 

MY HOME LIFE IS BORING

First of all, I will talk with my family about my decision that I took because I consider that they're so important in my life. Then, I'm going to pay my trips with the money I saved from my pension. Also, I'm travelling around the world , therefore, I would like to start from Morocco because I realy want to know more about their culture. Finally, I hope I will buy a small house somewhere far away, and start a new life.

I would like to inform you that I have a big problem with my purchase and I don't know what to do. I recently ordered a printer so when I arrived my house  and I tried to use it, it didn't work. Futhermore, I tried to turn it on for many times but It still doesn't work. Please I really require my refund.

THE STRANGE DISAPPEARANCE OF OLIVER THOMAS

-- I wrote this story for practicing my English -- I'm not the author of this story -- 

--- It is only an adaptation ---

On December 24th, 1909 in Owen Thomas's farm, near Brecon town, in Wales; a family was together for celebrating Christmas Eve. Suddenly, Mrs. Thomas asked her son Oliver, who is eleven years old, to look for water in a well near the house.

Immediately, when he left his house, the family heard some screams asking for help. So a few guys went to help but sadly, they just found a pail still far away from the well and no trace to indicated that a wolf had attacked Oliver. The only footprints in the snow were from the child and it had interrupted halfway of the well. Eventually, the family heard screams asking for help coming from the dark sky while they were looking for Oliver.

The next day, the police arrived to the place but badly they couldn't find anything to solve the case of Oliver. Now, nobody knows or can explain why Oliver's traces disappeared.
