I would like to inform you that I have a big problem with my purchase and I don't know what to do. I recently ordered a printer so when I arrived my house and I tried to use it, it didn't work. Futhermore, I tried to turn it on for many times but It still doesn't work. Please I really require my refund.

Thank you for your email. I understand but sadly I'm not allowed to make refunds because our store policy says that you have to talk with the manager. I really apologise for the difficulties with your order. Please could you come to talk with him as soon as possible ?
